Types of products we send to our partners
There are times when customers request a product we don’t carry in-house. When that happens, we team up with our partner companies to ensure we can meet their needs. Here are some examples of these types of products:
- Park bench plaques
- Dedication signage
- Medallions (custom cast)
- Lapel pins
You can choose from a range of available finishes including antique or shiny brass (gold), pewter (silver) and copper (bronze).

The design and ordering process
While we consider ourselves the creative types, it’s best to have some design ideas ready when you come to us. But, if you’re a bit stuck and want to bounce some ideas off us, feel free. We can guide you, and help you nail down your design before we get started on your order.
After we work with you to lay out your design, we send it to one of our Canadian-based partner companies who create a proof for you to review and approve. Once this is done and your order is ready, you can come by our shop to pick it up. Keep in mind that orders completed through our partners can take approximately three weeks from artwork approval to completion.
