Our CO2 laser is a versatile, permanent marking system suitable for a variety of surfaces. It allows us to provide laser engraving, also known as laser etching, in a fraction of the time compared to traditional mechanical engraving.

At Tidey’s North-West, we use colour sublimation to “print” colour directly onto gold, silver, bronze, or white aluminum. Using a heat press and specially formulated toner dye the printing becomes part of the metal’s surface. This process allows us to reproduce full colour logos on products such as name tags and plaques within minutes to create unique and personalized recognition products in a timely fashion.

Our traditional mechanical engraver remains the backbone of Tidey’s North-West. The majority of our repeat business comes from traditional engraving on annual trophies for fantasy leagues, golf tournaments, sailing regattas, little league events and more.

By keeping a record of your past orders such as the materials, shapes and printing designs used, we can often make annual updates for repeat customers without the trophies on hand. This will save you time, while enabling us to deliver a consistent product.
